Once you create an account with us, the first step towards starting to trade is to make a Deposit. If you wish to purchase cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, you first need to Deposit Fiat Currency in your account. To Deposit funds, please follow the following steps:
1. Log in to your account and visit "Wallets".

3. Next step is to create a deposit request, please enter the 'Amount' you wish to Deposit and note down the Note Number along with Our Bank Details somewhere.
4. Once you create a Deposit request, you need to manually transfer funds from your bank account to our bank account.
5. You can transfer funds either by visiting your bank branch or through online bank transfer and use our Bank Details.
6. While transferring funds, please mention the Note Number you had received while creating deposit request in the Description of your bank transfer.
7. It is important to mention the note number and incorrect or missing note number may result in Delayed or Missing Deposit.
8. In up to 24 hours, the Deposit amount will reflect in your Bitex Wallet.
